Frozen Ruffle Cake

My oldest daughter’s 4th birthday request was only to have a 4 on the cake & to dress like a Frozen Princess all day along with her baby sister. So I baked her a simple Vanilla Butter Cake with Buttercream Frosting and made Elsa & Anna themed tutu dresses. She was very happy with the cake & dresses. 😊
