These cake pops were created from a few leftover French Vanilla pops from a recent order.  If the Midtown Sweets schedule permits, every so often I will create some random cake pops just for the fun of creating.  Most will be based on a favorite character, games, TV show, etc.

These pops are based on a humorous line from a popular comedy TV show.  Can you guess what TV show?

They were modeled after the character from the popular stop motion animated series, Robot Chicken.  They are Spice Cake Pops covered in white chocolate and detailed with fondant and modeling chocolate.  The beak, eye(s), and comb are tinted modeling chocolate. The face shield is black fondant brushed with silver luster dust.

Sometimes after a big order, I’ll take the left overs and practice designs or create something different. This week I took inspiration from Dungeons and Dragons and decided to see if I could create a few RPG dice (Role Playing Game).

These 4, 6, 8, and 12 sided Cake Pops are Chocolate Cake dipped in Chocolate Candy Melt and brushed with gold luster.  The numbers were added with a food color pen.

This birthday cake and cake pops were created for Tanya M. of Snellville, GA.  The order was placed by her friends, Melissa, Jenni, and Sharon.  The cake and pops were designed to match Tanya’s great sense of style.

The cake was a 6″ round chocolate layer cake with chocolate filling and covered in marshmallow fondant.

The cake pops were chocolate cake dipped in black candy melt and decorated with fondant flowers, sprinkles, and white candy melt.

These movie themed cupcakes were created for a Birthday in Atlanta, GA.  The fondant toppers were a take on popular images for the movie, Office Space. I must admit I was pretty excited about the idea of Office Space Themed cupcakes! It’s one of my favorite movies
