Themed Cake Pop creations can be lots of fun!  These little Monkey Cake Pops were created for the 2nd birthday of Kaiya D. in Atlanta, GA.  The pops were designed to match the birthday girl’s celebration theme.  They are Chocolate Cake dipped in Cocoa Candy Melt.

These cupcakes were created for a 10th Birthday party in Douglasville, GA.  The birthday girl requested a Roller Skate Theme with her favorite colors.  The cupcakes are Vanilla with Buttercream Frosting and Marshmallow Fondant details/toppers.  The cake is a 6″ round yellow cake, filled and covered in with Buttercream and topped with a Marshmallow Fondant Roller Skate.

With the 4th of July right around the corner, a customer in Marietta, GA requested an order of something extra special to take to a holiday gathering. She wanted a couple dozen Independence Day Themed Cake Pops. Giving Midtown Sweets full creative control, I decided to recreate Uncle Sam’s Hat as the main pop and add a few Stars & Firework-ish pops to mix it up a little. I must admit, creating the hat was a bit challenging for the first few but it was still LOTS of fun.

The centers of the pops are yellow cake blended with a creamy chocolate frosting.  Red, White, and Blue candy melt, along with sprinkles, were used to cover the cake pops.
